租車車禍後的修繕費用分攤

前提要素：小弟本身有車，所以不是我(工作沒空要用車，所以也不能載不能借)

小弟的女朋友和同事租車出去玩，結果發生車禍

租車車禍這部份，網路上案例很多了，所以暫時就不討論了

想請問的事，開車的是她的同事

車上乘客應該也有兩三人

請問這後續的修車費用各位是覺得

1.全部由開車的駕駛負擔(都是駕駛自已不小心的，關我屁事喔)

2.駕駛應該負擔較多部分(雖然駕駛自已不小心，但身為同事應該幫他出一點)

3.大家平分(今天如果出事，不管誰開都希望大家能夠有同理心，一起出吧)

4.乘客出(駕駛開車載你們這麼累又沒收錢，出事了當然你們負責啊～)

沒有這方面的見聞所以趁這個機會聽聽大家怎麼說

如果我開自已的車載人車禍，我會認為是我技術差，自已付錢修車這是毫無疑問的
