歐巴馬自爆信用卡被拒

美國總統歐巴馬17日簽署行政命令，推動晶片卡加強防偽以保護消費者。他自爆上個月在紐約用餐後用信用卡付帳但刷卡失敗，還以為身分被冒用，原來是自己太少刷卡而被拒，還好第一夫人蜜雪兒有信用卡救急。
