美麗殿發威三圓前三季每股大賺8.89元

三圓建設在總銷28億元的「美麗殿」自4月開始交屋下，業績開始暴衝，第2季稅後純益達3.32億元，每股稅後純益高達5.96元；第3季在該案持續貢獻下，單季營收達8.88億元、年增15.4倍，稅後純益達1.27億元、每股稅後純益達2.27元，業績持續維持相對高檔。

累計三圓建設前三季營收達29.8億元、年增6.9倍，稅後純益達5.08億元、年增9.8倍，每股稅後純益達8.89元，不僅大幅超越去年全年稅後純益0.7億元、每股稅後1.16元，更榮登今年前三季營建股獲利亞軍，僅次於興富發每股稅後的9.92元。三圓建設今日收在106元，上漲4.5元。
