要如何知道電腦POWER瓦數還有溫度這樣是正常的嗎

如題
規格:CPU:Pentium(R) Dual-Core E6500 @2.93GHz 超頻至3.52GHz
主機板: 華擎 G41
記憶體 4G(2G*2)
作業系統 :Win 7 家用進階 32 bits
CPU溫度一般情況下(看FB 聽歌)大約是49~55度左右但是玩遊戲時(Minecraft AVA)
系統負載都飆到100% 溫度大概都是70~78度左右有時候會藍屏重開要怎樣才不會藍屏? 可是別人都可以穩超3.6GHz 是我瓦數不夠嗎還是?(我超到3.57GHz就超不上去了)
