記憶體模組廠廣穎電通推出DDR4記憶體產品，意味國內記憶體模組廠全面進軍DDR4新世代記憶體市場。

DDR4記憶體較DDR3記憶體不僅效能提升，也具低耗能特性，各界普遍看好，DDR4可望於2016年取代DDR3，成為市場主流。

包括威剛、創見及宇瞻等國內記憶體模組廠已陸續推出DDR4記憶體產品，搶先卡位。

廣穎跟進，宣布推出DDR4記憶體產品，意味國內記憶體模組廠全面進軍DDR4新世代記憶體市場。

廣穎表示，DDR4記憶體運作時脈達2133MHz，資料傳輸頻寬每秒17GB，效能較DDR3 1600產品提升33%；另外，DDR4記憶體具1.2伏特低耗能特性，較DDR3降低20%的電力負荷。(中央社)
