札幌公車路線疑問?

目前正在規劃要去北海道跨年的行程

有個不解的現象

不知道有板友可以幫忙解惑一下嗎?

這是札幌羊ヶ丘線[８９]

有行經順序① > ② > ③ > ④

① > ②會經過羊ヶ丘展望台

但是③ > ④卻沒有

這樣在搭乘的時候怎麼判斷呢?

還請知道的前輩幫忙一下
