油價低檔 俄估2015經濟萎縮逾4%

法新社報導，俄羅斯央行15日表示，若油價維持目前每桶60美元的低水平，俄國2015年的經濟萎縮可能高達4.8%，且預計明年第一季通貨膨脹率將達到11.5%。
