交通部長葉匡時請辭常次范植谷代打

交通部長葉匡時昨晚請辭，行政院表示慰留後，上午在立法院交通委員會開會時，葉匡時並未現身，由常務次長范植谷代理；范植谷表示敬佩他為政策負責的態度。
