請問各位大大我該辭職嗎???,畢業一年多，目前在中部某公司擔任助理機構工程師(實際工作內容與機構工程師一樣)，大四時校外時習了一年，畢業後工作到目前也一年半多，目前每個月再加加班新資約28k(不需常加班),想要離職的原因是因為身旁的親戚朋友都覺得我薪資偏低(10個有8個說)，且公司福利太差ex:三節禮金，生日禮金200小7禮卷，中秋 500家樂福禮卷，公司規模為中小企業約300人，海外也有子公司，自己也有覺得福利太差，在加上是在外租屋5000/月，都沒存到啥錢，但擔心只待一年多離職的話也找不到啥好工作，但又覺得早晚要走不如盡早離開，想請問各位大大有啥好建議，我該年後離職嗎?? ? -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.224.37.186 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1420824020.A.246.html
