請教Bezzera BZ10 煮咖啡時壓力不足為何?

我用的磨豆機是Quarmar M80,刻度19
磨出來的粉我覺得看起來很細
目前遇到的問題是咖啡時壓力不足(~1-3 bar)
從網路上看到的資訊正常壓力應該是9 or 15 bar
機器是新買的
熱水跟蒸汽出口目前覺得正常

目前測試的狀態是
用了咖啡機附的blind filter操作時壓力在2-3秒時可以升到12 bar
但是換用網狀filter後壓力只能~1-3 bar
咖啡粉壓實了可以到3 bar

目前懷疑是咖啡粉不夠細
或是機器附的網狀filter開孔太大
機器本身也有懷疑可是看來狀態似乎正常

想請教有沒有人用過這台以及遇過類似問題否
可以提供debug的方向

如果在高雄市地區哪邊有店可以去參觀請教的話
