里昂證：三星將拿下A9晶片八成訂單

里昂證券（CLSA）分析師認為，蘋果公司（Apple）將把下一代A9應用處理器的訂單同時分給三星電子和台積電，其中三星拿下八成的訂單，台積電仍將iPad獨家供應商，但市場小得多。

巴隆周刊報導，里昂證券分析師Bruce Lu和Gill Yin表示，原本認為A9將繼續採用20奈米，台積電仍是獨家供應商，主因是台積電和三星／格羅方德陣營的14奈米產能，似乎還沒準備好成為獨家供應商，並於今年第3季開始量產。

然而，最近來自三星的消息顯示，A9將採用16／14奈米FinFET（鰭式場效電晶體），並以三星／格羅方德為主要供應商，台積電次之。

里昂證券表示，他們對此消息大感訝異，這將是蘋果首度將單一晶片分給一家以上的供應商，即使這兩個陣營的製程和技術迥異，需要重新設計、光罩等費用。

里昂證券預估，蘋果iPhone今年的出貨量為2.02億支，營收約30億美元。分析師說，其中一半採用A9，一半採用A8，台積電將生產全部A8處理器。
