支撐歐元區經濟歐洲央行將大舉購債

歐洲中央銀行今天同意，實施量化寬鬆計畫（QE），也就是增加貨幣發行量，自3月開始，連同現行計畫，每月將買進多達600億歐元的主權債券，直到明年9月底。

購債對象國包括某些已接受紓困的國家，比如希臘，但將添加一些標準。

歐洲央行實施量化寬鬆是為了支撐歐元區疲軟的經濟，當地通膨率已轉為負數，即-0.2%，遠低於歐銀趨近2%的目標。

稍早歐銀宣布，主要利率維持不變，包括再融資利率維持在0.05%，銀行隔夜存款利率-0.20%，邊際放款利率0.30%。
