張姓女子和郭姓男友（31歲）分手後，把對方借給她使用的手機還給了郭男，其後卻見LINE大頭貼個人照片變成自己的裸照，因而懷疑是郭男所為，憤而提出妨害秘密告訴；但郭男供稱，他沒有拍過張女的裸照，且張女歸還的手機裡面資料早已刪除，也沒有SIN卡等，由於沒有其他直接証據證明郭男換貼張女的大頭貼，桃園地檢署今予以不起訴處分。（張沛森／桃園報導）
