沒有信用卡/google play帳戶儲值/相關問題

因為想要再玩的手機遊戲裡面除值
可是遊戲內的儲值點開來都是google play帳戶購買的方式(可能遊戲還沒開放點數卡的方式吧)
所以想問有什麼辦法可以購買嗎當然我沒有信用卡
在網路上好像看到有人說只要銀行有開戶開用現金卡的方式也可以儲值?
可是辜狗帳戶不是有限制信用卡的名字嗎?

有沒有什麼交易網站類似8591這種可以付款給對方然後對方存進我的辜狗帳戶?
