鼓勵外國人消費　台北101推e化退稅系統

去年來台觀光外籍旅客創下新高紀錄，達990萬人次大關，台北101宣布，2月起退稅系統將逐步e化，預定3月初全面完成，成為全台百貨商場第一家採用e化退稅的購物中心，可望降低人工謄寫登錄造成的失誤。

台北101購物中心總經理戴蔭本說，過去退稅都是讓專櫃小姐為客戶人工謄寫退稅單，不管是在標示品項或登錄護照時都可能發生錯誤，造成遊客進入海關時必須面對重新查核的困擾，為提升對觀光客的服務，花費逾半年時間、動員租戶一起將退稅系統全面優化。(戴安瑋／台北報導)
