柯文哲霸氣公文外洩　兇手找到了！

台北市長柯文哲「不要惹我生氣」霸氣公文在網路上流傳，外界質疑高層級公文為何會外流，市府秘書蘇麗瓊表示兇手抓到了。

根據《三立新聞》報導，蘇麗瓊表示，已知是哪個單位中的同仁外流公文，並解釋是發自善意，就是要提醒市府同仁注意公文的處理原則。市府表示這樣的舉動顯現員工對於公文規範的認知不完全，將會從制度面上做檢討，相關懲處則以局內的規定來處理。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
