半年2空難　民航局：復航只提60分改善計畫

復興航空去年澎湖空難及日前墜毀基隆河失事，7個月發生2起飛安事故，民航局去年要求復航提出改善計畫要求90分，但復興只有60分。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，民航局說，去年澎湖空難後，對復興航空的航機務與營運做深度檢查，要求改善；但復興提出的改善計畫太籠統、不合格，該計畫有1/3被打回票。

民航局標準組長林俊良說，復興欲從4個階段著手改善，今年6月才能完成第一階段，「真的太慢」；飛行員來源與標準、考試規範，復興也都沒有說明。他比喻，復興提出的改善計畫就像「提出一個60分的標準，但我們卻要求到90分」，所以不合格。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
