台灣小吃料理 : 炸紅糟肉

想請問一下一般傳統小吃所賣的紅糟肉是用哪種紅糟

希望能提供賣紅糟的地址或廠商

小弟我是廚師最近在研究台灣小吃紅糟肉但醃起來炸都不夠香

我用了新X香的紅糟我發現這不是我要的味道在加上紅糟好難買

跑了迪化街跟傳統市場就只有賣這家的

懇請給些建議與指點
