跟進蘋果！　微軟也趁低利發債

微軟（Microsoft）跟進蘋果（Apple）趁低利搶發債券，周一共發售108億美元（3402億元台幣）公司債，規模創該公司歷來最高紀錄，微軟提交給美國證券管理委員會（SEC）的文件指出，發債所得將用於一般企業用途，可能包括庫藏股、收購與債務償還等。
 
為充分利用低利率，微軟周一發債多是20年期以上債券，當中5年期、7年期及20年期債券各佔15億美元，10年期及40年期債券各佔22.5億美元，30年期債券佔17.5億美元。
 
企業界都相當關注蘋果發債時間，因蘋果總能挑對時間，以往多在殖利率接近低點時發債，現在更傳出打算發售首批瑞郎計價債券，已聘請瑞士信貸（CREDIT SUISSE）、高盛（Goldman Sachs）安排發債事宜。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
