旅美投手王建民與勇士隊簽小聯盟合約，並獲邀參加大聯盟春訓；建仔還有大聯盟的夢，今年他繼續追逐這個夢想。

王建民效力洋基隊期間，曾在大聯盟發光發亮，2006年及2007年連兩年贏得19勝，但2008年季中受傷之後，王建民的復出之路走的辛苦，上一次在大聯盟登板，已是2013年的事了。

去年王建民先後加入紅人隊及白襪隊，但都只在3A奮戰，等不到上大聯盟的機會，雖然如此，但建仔在3A投完整季，投了172.2局，他至少證明自己是健康的狀態，因此決定今年繼續拚。

參加勇士隊的大聯盟春訓，王建民要爭開季第5號先發，挑戰不小，包括Wandy Rodriguez以及左投Eric Stults都是強力的競爭對手，另外勇士隊小聯盟的年輕投手，也有不少具競爭的好手。

王建民面對強力考驗，能否再次踏上大聯盟的投手丘，東山再起，將是今年球季的最大焦點。
