請問

因高度數近視和眼壓高引起的黃斑部病變
醫生開了個自費的愛克樂的眼藥水說是要消水腫請問這樣是正常的嗎

醫生說他治的好但我網路上查此病是不可逆的

現在我該信任這位醫生或是我該怎麼做?
