有人會皮膚紅紅掉屑，手腳發癢嗎？

如題，很久之前有過這樣
那次皮膚科醫師說像是過敏，又像乾癬，
但擦一陣子藥就好了，我就沒太在意。
冬天這2個月皮膚卻又變得很糟糕!!
剛開始是乾燥、龜裂，乾到會脫皮那種，
現在手掌和雙腿整片發紅、掉屑，而且好癢好癢!!!
去跟醫師拿藥擦，但這次還是會癢，真的很困擾!!!
有人可以給我好的治療建議嗎?
或是介紹一下北部可以給哪個醫師看?
