Excel 日期比較及更改顏色

目前假設有二行的資料

A B
2/1 1/1
2/2 1/2
2/3 2/9

目地:

1. 當A列的日期超過今天的日期時. 會變為紅色字體.

2. 當B列的日期 "等於" 或 "大於"A列的日期時,
A列的字體將變為黑色

但需要A1 及B1 做比較 A2及B2比較.
總行數假設30筆資料.

要怎麼達到呢...O.o?
