波蘭好手 22日騎單車挑戰登101

波蘭單車登高好手克里斯蒂安·赫爾巴（Krystian Herba），明早11時將挑戰騎腳踏車爬上台北101大樓，挑戰金氏世界紀錄。駐台華沙貿易辦事處發布新聞稿表示，克里斯蒂安·赫爾巴是波蘭的高中體育教師，他自2009年開始這項極限運動，多次騎單車挑戰大樓登高。他目前是金氏世界紀錄保持人，這回來到台灣預計將挑戰3100階的記錄，挑戰自我。

波蘭辦事處表示，克里斯蒂安·赫爾巴自2009年至今已征服9座超高大樓，2013年3月他在上海環球金融中心以2754階打破金氏世界紀錄，去年更創下2919階的記錄。

為了這次挑戰，克里斯蒂安·赫爾巴已集訓超過半年，包含每周固定慢跑、重量訓練，同時也在波蘭一棟17層大樓反覆練習單車登高。為了減少體能耗損，他騎乘的單車僅有6.6公斤重。
