漂流木案撿拾運送受贈5人作證

士林地檢署偵辦內湖漂流木，為調查漂流木來源，今天下午傳喚撿拾、運送及受贈者等5人作證，訊後請回。

士檢表示，台北市議員高嘉瑜等人所指的包庇山老鼠盜採檜木部分，內湖警方報請指揮後，分他字案，交由檢察官游儒倡偵辦，案由為違反山坡地保育利用條例等，尚無特定被告，相關漂流木已查扣在苗栗一家木材行。

檢方指出，為釐清漂流木的來源，下午傳喚撿拾漂流木的蘇姓兄弟、運送漂流木者以及受贈的王姓男子等6人作證，但蘇姓兄弟僅一人到案說明。
