共用資料夾__字很多卻是蠢問題

最近對於共用資料夾有所好奇
因為看到了 C:\使用者\共用
這個資料夾而有所納悶
在使用者下還有另外兩個資料夾
分別是 C:\使用者\Administrador
C:\使用者\SG-USER
"Administrador"的資料夾圖示上是個鎖和資料夾
並且不能重新命名
"SG-USER"是可以重新命名的資料夾
"共用"也是可以重新命名
這幾個資料夾有何意義?

要怎麼和另一台電腦做共用資料夾?
另外小弟家裡是用網路數據機
((做法會不一樣? 或是有其他更快的做法?))<---多問的

主要是想知道怎麼做共用資料夾
共用資料夾就是共享資料夾嗎?

我是超級初學者雖然學校有教可是我剛好那節課不在

拜託別給我網址要我自己看剛剛爬文都看不懂
