大家好會想發問其實是好奇，也同時有點受不了社區委員自以為的樣子我家的社區大廳，現在天天開冷氣，有一天我聽到某住戶說:冷氣開到幾點? 自以為是社區大管家:為了統一就11點到7點，我心裡冷笑了一下。我記得社區只要做任何事不是都要開會通知嗎?怎感覺都是自己來自己覺得呢?而且要開冷氣是不是要定個標準呢?以前我們在班上統一說溫度到了幾度才可以開，況且昨天沒有很熱呀！感覺有點是在濫用。社區放了一台飲水機，卻在上面貼說:只限當場飲用，不得用私人器皿帶走。這也很可笑，飲水機不是供人喝水方便用嗎?用自己的罐子或瓶子裝不是合理嗎?而且寫當場喝...這樣限制，合理嗎? 社區只要覺得哪裡不合理就在那裡貼公告，搞得社區到處可見a4紙，很醜也很討厭。想問你們的社區也會有這樣情形嗎?我記得有法律說都要投票才可以執行，不是嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.12.193.137
