現金買手機加盟商沒開發票是否可以跟他索取購買證明

我兩個禮拜前去一般手機行買了一隻IPHONE
是用現金買空機的方式當下店家並沒有給我發票
我跟他們要他們說：我賣你跟APPLE官網上插了1000多元
所以手機已經扣稅不再另外開發票了。

我原本想說沒差，但後來手機用不習慣想去網路上"跟網友或手機"，
但對方要我提出發票或是購買證明，
我想問的是
1.現金買空機是否可以要求開發票或購買證明?
2.沒有發票&購買證明~對方跟我換手機該如何"保固"呢?
3.跟APPLE官網價錢有差是否就是以扣稅不用開發票?
還是它們在逃稅?

因為第一次要發票店家態度.口氣都不是很好
我必須做好功課才能與他們抗衡，畢竟錢都給他們賺了，東西一賣出去態度完全兩個樣子，實在令人不爽。

拜託懂這方面的專家教教我怎麼辦吧><
