綠能內線交易案　財務長30萬交保

【賴又嘉／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦大同子公司綠能科技涉嫌於調降財測前內線交易案，今傳喚日前未到案的綠能財務長謝國雄，傍晚訊後依違反《證券交易法》，諭令30萬元交保。
 
檢調查出，綠能科技於2011年8月間調降財測，卻有多名綠能高層在公告前為規避損失，出脫持股，減少虧損數千萬元。檢調6日發動搜索、約談後，大同董事林蔚東以100萬元交保，至於綠能前任總經理林和龍、現任總經理林士源，則分別以150萬元、100萬元交保。
