標題[請益] 華亞 黃光製程工程師

各位前輩好 小弟在上星期有去華亞面試 黃光製程工程師 人資有打來說上的機會滿大的 我自己也是滿喜歡這間公司的 但因為面試時主管有些事情很忙碌 很多事情並沒有請教清楚 有幾件事情想請教一下華亞的前輩 1.想請教一下大約多久輪一次日夜班? 輪班方式聽主管說 好像是做二休二 12小時 2.建議住宿嗎? 人資說一個月只要160 林口的宿舍 但四人一間怕輪班睡眠品質不好 3.有必要辦智障型手機嗎? 爬文 好像申請就可以帶? 4.部門風氣?工作氣氛? 裡面壓力會很大嗎? 我自己是滿喜歡有挑戰的工作 但感覺離職率很高 5.華亞穩定嗎? 聽說前幾年裁員才很兇 因為自己有拿到幾間OFFER 還是比較喜歡華亞 但又怕進去沒多久就被裁了 之前面試結果都白費了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.218.243.240
