立委陳亭妃呼籲軍檢調閱通聯紀錄查清誰下令刪除關鍵影片
記者莊漢昌／台南報導
立委陳亭妃18日在海安路服務處開記者會，說陸軍下士洪仲丘去世的隔天，一名政戰主任涉嫌下令刪除關鍵監視錄影41分鐘。陳亭妃呼籲軍檢應查清楚是誰下令刪除影片，並儘速查扣包括機房的所有相關監視系統。
立委陳亭妃說，刪除的影帶可能回不來了，而雖然軍方解釋這名主任一直都陪著死者家屬，但要刪除影帶根本不需要高官自己動手，大可以打電話請別人做。因此，軍檢方面應當調閱通聯紀錄。
另外，對於軍方強調「軍隊不是黑社會」。陳亭妃說，那就不應該下封口令。陳亭妃說她跟助理的手機24小時開機，如果軍人在此案調查當中受到不合理的對待或威脅，隨時都可以向她反應，她會跟國防部算帳。
