今紫外線過量　外出要做好防曬準備

【張勵德／台北報導】今天是24節氣中的「大暑」，是1年中最熱的時候。中央氣象局表示，今天各地大多維持晴朗炎熱的天氣，西半部、東北部地區及東部山區午後有短暫雷陣雨，各地高溫約攝氏33到34度，大台北地區高溫可達攝氏35度左右，感覺還是非常悶熱，環保署也預估各地紫外線指數都達到「過量」等級，提醒民眾外出要記得做好防曬準備。
 
氣象局提醒，雖然各地午後降雨區域不會太多，但午後熱對流還是可能帶來瞬間較大雨勢、雷擊，尤其山區活動要特別留意安全。
