罵人幹妳老母　男判罰5千元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】53歲吳姓男子今年初不滿石姓婦人質疑鍾姓友人亂丟檳榔渣、紙杯，酒後找石婦理論，並口出穢言，多次謾罵石婦：「幹妳老母」，石婦不甘受辱提告，宜蘭地院審理後，將吳男依公然侮辱罪判處罰金5千元。吳男還因出手毆打石婦，致吳婦臉部挫傷，被法官依傷害罪判處拘役40天，得易科罰金4萬元。
