自組的電腦常常當機 有畫面 聲音跳針

最近電腦只要一陣子沒關

就會當機(通常是邊看youtube的時候)

螢幕有畫面 但鍵盤滑鼠完全沒反應

聲音會重複跳針發出雜音

CPU:I3-2120 3.3GHz
硬碟:hitachi HDS721050DLE630
記憶體:創建 DDR3-1333 4G 兩支
PS:爬文發現有可能是記憶體問題 我買4G*2 電腦有讀到
但記憶體平常都在2 3GB跳
感覺超過4G就當機

這樣是其中一條壞掉了嗎?

不是要怎麼修?
