國民黨主席選舉結果揭曉，總統馬英九確定連任，但91.8％的得票率較上屆略下滑2.3％，廢票率較4年前的5.28％上升為8.15％。國民黨立委羅淑蕾今（22）日對此表示，國民黨員怕外界認為「黨內不團結」，很多人是含淚投票，馬應該有所警惕，好好思考什麼才是能得到民心的政策。
總統馬英九確定連任國民黨主席職務，此次黨主席選舉得票率是91.8％，比2009年少了約2.3％，得票數是20萬2750票，但廢票卻達約1萬8000張，從4年前的5.28％上升為8.15％，顯示有隱性「賭爛票」表達抗議。
羅淑蕾表示，這次馬總統當選要感謝黨務人員，在選前到處催票、拉票。「簡訊空前多，到處傳」，非常認真。這次投票很多都是礙於黨工面子，且有效票的認定又放寬，「只要蓋在格子裡都是有效票」。
她表示，馬總統要有所警惕，因為黨員都很愛護國民黨，怕給人「國民黨不團結」的感覺，很多人甚至「含淚投票」，雖然說得票率很好，可是不代表對馬的不滿有減少，應該要好好思考政策，得到民心才重要。
羅淑蕾說，馬英九這次過不過關不重要，往後政策是什麼才重要，尤其是10月電價不要漲，「再漲的話，民眾會罵得更慘。」
