【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部中區國稅局提醒，綜所稅第1批退稅日為7月31日，只要是網路申報的人，或是5月10日前以人工申報方式在戶籍地完成報稅的民眾，均符合第1批退稅條件，第2批退稅時間為10月31日。

退稅方式有兩種，一種是直接匯入退稅人填寫的指定帳戶，31日入帳。第二種是25日開始寄發退稅憑單，退稅人可於7月31日至9月30日憑單到金融機構領兌。

國稅局不會以電話要求民眾到提款機辦理退稅，也不會要求核對銀行存款帳號，民眾千萬不要依他人指示轉帳而受騙。
