內政部24日公布「2012年政黨財務決算報告」，總收入為24.8億元，民進黨申報總收入僅5.8億元。民進黨發言人林俊憲今（24）日召開記者會表示，國民黨去年總收入為24億8000萬元，其中有近18億來自黨產，這是全世界最有錢的政黨。
林俊憲說，民進黨去年申報總收入為5.8億，國民黨是民進黨4點2倍，更是年收入不到6000萬的親民黨的62倍。
林俊憲指出，馬總統在2006年競選國民黨主席時，曾說「黨產歸零」，但這次競選黨主席卻說是「必要的黨產」，馬英九已經由改革者變既得利益者。
林俊憲還說，2012年總統大選競選經費，馬英九申報4億4000萬，其中有一半來自國民黨黨產，這與馬英九當年保證「黨產歸零」、不能用於選舉，明顯是說謊，而且「要歸還黨產的國民黨現在愈來愈有錢」。
林俊憲表示，這種不公平的競爭，對台灣民主長遠發展是很大的傷害，各政黨在這樣的基礎之下，國民黨運用龐大黨產及相關利益共同體，是台灣民主的恥辱，更是國家未來民主及政黨競爭最大的傷害。
