中華預約的時間從來不會準時,除非客戶是大咖,
中華電信因為獨大所以擺爛嗎? 我自己也跟中華斡旋一段時間了,
在自己有空又閒暇的時間中,在電話中幹譙已經變成常態了,除了不斷換數據機之外,
就是給我備品放至家中以備不時之需,問題根源根本沒有得到解決,要不是只有中華堪用,早已換ISP了.

中華電信真的很爛只會派第一線的客服人員當砲灰後面的主管說好的回覆進度也是說說好聽沒做到.

另外請問有人知道斷線45個鐘頭有什麼可以主張的權益嗎?
