禁閉室外監視器　黃偉哲：鏡頭可手調

【綜合報導】朝野立委今天率團前往269旅視察禁閉室。民進黨黃偉哲指出，禁閉室外有9個鏡頭，但是軍方卻沒辦法指出，是哪3個鏡頭可以拍到關鍵畫面；而且鏡頭可手動調整。

另外立委也認為，軍方要求洪仲丘在沒窗戶的禁閉室操練，是很不合理的。
