北市房價指數　整體價格上揚

【顏嘉瑩／台北報導】台北市政府地政局今發布台北市住宅價格月指數（房價指數），台北市副市長張金鶚表示，這次是第1次由政府部門來公布這樣的資料，有利於未來房價更透明化，也值得民眾信賴。

台北市地政局解釋，房價指數將台北市12個行政區分為4個次分區，並針對全市、公寓、大樓共3種產品比較。

此次發布數據統計時間從2012年8月至2013年4月，針對台北市實價登錄資訊分析，發現台北市住宅價格漲幅為6.7%，全市標準住宅總價為1335萬元、大樓標準住宅總價為1542萬元，公寓標準住宅總價為1308萬元。
