澳洲新房銷售創18個月以來新高

【大紀元2013年07月25日訊】（大紀元記者陳菲婭澳洲悉尼編譯報導）澳洲住房產業協會（HIA）公佈的數據顯示，澳洲新房銷售量在5月升及18個月以來的最高點，這是低房貸利率在幫助房地產市場復甦的又一跡象。

據悉尼晨鋒報報導，該協會對大型建築商所做的這一調查顯示，經過季調後，全澳新房銷量在5月上升了1.6%，其中獨立式住宅的銷售量上升了0.9%，公寓房的銷售量更是上升了5.7%。

之前的降息使得新房營建的獲批數量很有希望得以回升，而房價也自今年年初以來得以回漲。
房地產諮詢公司RP Data-Rismark公佈的數據顯示，房屋價格在6月上升了1.9%，比去年同期上升了3%。

住房產業協會首席經濟師戴爾（Harley Dale）表示：「一系列住房指數，包括新房銷售量等都表明澳洲新住宅房屋的營建在2012-2013財年呈溫和增長，預計一些趨勢會在新財年持續。」
