中國認定高通壟斷市場 罰款恐達12億美元

美財經媒體《Forbes》周四（24日）報導，中國「很快就會」宣布美國通訊晶片商高通（Qualcomm）（(US-QCOM)）壟斷中國行動晶片市場，罰款規模恐怕將高達 12 億美元。

消息一出，隨即引發市場對高通業務前景產生疑慮，導致周四股價重挫 6.7%，收 76.17 美元。

依中國反壟斷法規定，政府有權要求受罰企業去年營收 10% 為罰金；截至去年9 月的年度中，高通來自中國市場的營收約 120 億美元，幾乎佔高通全球營收 50%。

中國發改委與改革委員會從 2013 年 11 月，就展開對高通的反壟斷調查，除了向當地企業調查銷售數據外，也曾 3 度約談高通高層。

中國當地媒體指出，高通真正獲利手法是靠低價打擊競爭對手，取得壟斷地位，並且向下游廠商索取專利費。

業內人士認為，高通面臨壟斷重罰後，恐怕將調整專利授權結構與費用。
