上半年企業違反《勞基法》　超時工作最多

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】北市勞動局指出，今年上半年事業單位違反《勞動基準法》案件，共裁罰341件，其中勞工超時工作21.14％、未給付加班費17.88％，顯見超時、未給加班費較易違法，依規定勞工超過法定工作時間或彈性調整後工作時間，僱主有給付加班費的義務，違者最高可處30萬元，且得公布事業單位名稱、負責人姓名。

勞動局說，工時與工資都是勞動條件的核心項目，企業在追求經濟利潤的同時，也應該合法保障勞工權益及履行對勞工的照護義務，將持續加強法令宣導，並將工時、加班費等勞檢稽查重點，提昇檢查強度，保障勞工權益。
