中華電信玩手段逼大家升3G嗎？

幾個禮拜前，中華電寄一封信，裡面附一張3G sim卡，

要我升級3G，我原本是使用2G；不過我沒升，不想理它

最近不曉得為什麼？？2G信號在家裡常常沒半格，

之前常常都滿格，或是滿格再下來一格

剛剛以為是手機的關係，把手機作3 WIPE並回覆出廠設定

一開機，發現還是一樣，所以才很確定是中華電的關係

間隔一個月而已，他們是開始拆基地台嗎？
