全國600萬人名下有屋　北市男屋主平均擁房1.69筆最厲害

〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕有學者建議，擁有多屋以上的屋主未來再買房時應該課奢侈稅，根據財政部財政資訊中心的財產稅籍資料顯示，全國共有607萬人名下擁有893萬筆房屋，平均每一個屋主擁有1.43筆房屋，其中又以台北市的男性屋主平均擁有1.69筆房屋最多，其次是新北市男性平均擁有1.67筆，女性也是以台北市女性平均擁有1.58筆房屋較多。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/-MQLRAeE61g" height="1" width="1"/>
