網路商城/商店街並非網路拍賣，因此站方有提供七日鑑賞期，
除了一些排除在外（無法恢復原狀）的對象，其餘皆適用。
但是有些賣家在手機商品的網頁上附註，手機不適用鑑賞期，
也就是一經出售除非產品瑕疵或者未拆封否則不接受退貨。
請問這些賣家的個人附註具有法律效力嗎？
我只知道我可以選擇不向這樣的賣家購買。
