微創老街夯　40年屋身價逾2000萬

根據實價登錄顯示，台中西區老屋相當搶手，儘管屋齡達40年，行情至少也有2000萬元，可說是「愈老愈珍貴」。其中商業附加價值的大幅提升，帶來的「人氣」，更是房價支撐關鍵之一。

其中專門改造老屋的范特喜微創文化，自2011年創立，成功在草悟道營造3處人氣據點，替當地帶來觀光商機。范特喜總經理鍾俊彥表示，考量到租金成本，以及商業飽和程度，未來拓點將進駐模範街，打造6處新據點。

看好台中Soho族市場、微型工作室需求強，鍾俊彥指出，未來模範市場老屋將打造成不同主題空間，例如設計師公寓、建築師公寓，會以分層、精裝修的方式，租給微創工作者、作為工作室使用。（王鈞生／台中報導）
