2013.9.2買新手機
發現設定的第一組跟第二組的鬧鐘音樂是無法修改
(顏色是淺色按不進去)，只能刪除重設

2013.9.3早上9:50的那組鬧鐘狂叫，銀幕上沒有顯示關閉或延後鬧鐘的字眼
按側鍵也沒反應(有設定延後)，只能關機它才停止

2013.9.5早上打出第一通室內電話聽不到對方聲音，
就自己斷掉(已經確認對方電話正常)，但打行動電話可以

2013.9.5想更改鬧鐘音樂，點下一首要試聽都沒聲音，音樂也放不出來
關機重開就可以

請問：這樣我可以退貨嗎?
可是以上這些問題看起來都是可以解決的，那算瑕疵品嗎?
我拿去門市她大概也無法體會我敘述的狀況(因為手機呈現出沒問題)
