郝龍斌：雙子星廢標 要看起訴書決定

太極雙星弊案爭議不斷，前台北市財政局長邱大展被依背信罪嫌起訴，外界質疑，雙子星開標案會不會廢標。台北市長郝龍斌上午出席北市庇護工場中秋節產品宣導記者會時表示，尊重司法，現在還沒看到起訴書內容，待看到起訴書內容後，再做最後的評估，雙子星案仍在進行當中，目前正在擬定審定條件。

對於檢調認為，邱大展明知太極雙星團隊的投標文件不實，卻接受關說，隱瞞森大廈未簽約的事實。郝龍斌表示，希望法院能夠釐清真相，個人認為邱大展是勇於任事的官員。
