我以前有做過旅行社INBOUND 當時薪水26k 可是 公司莫名其妙扣了我6%(我知道公司是違法的 但當時是菜鳥實在不敢吭聲) 再加上勞健保 實際領大概23k多一點 最近找到了一家(花蓮的大飯店在台北開的商務飯店) 訂房兼商務中心 大月休8 小月休7 0700-2200 排班制 我薪水當初寫28k 他就直接給我28k (早知道寫30k了) 有供餐 不過他們有直接了當跟我說 那個職位流動率非常高 原因多是為了不能配合排班 對於我而言 我可以自願假日排班沒關係 我只希望可以固定一周休2天平日也好 但那邊還是說 要依照到時候狀況 另外一間再等第二次面試 線上大間的旅行社 說是B2E的部門 詳情還得等第二次面試才知道 真正的薪水和工作內容 不過朝九晚六周休二日是肯定的 我沒有做過排班的工作 不知道排班這個薪資是否合理 但我上網看了很多飯店訂房的工作 大多落在23k-25k 所以他給我28k 是合理吧?! 這間飯店只讓我考慮到這禮拜五 偏偏旅行社那邊還沒通知第二次面試 年底越來越近了 怕工作越來越難找 我實在不想等到年後再找 實在是很猶豫要直接去飯店當作培養經驗 還是再等等看 請大家指點迷津了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.191.27
